Zapier is a pretty amazing success story. You don't grow from 0 to 600,000 users in three years without having done a lot right. Ryan Berg has already written on Zapier's SEO strategy for reaching $35m in annual recurring revenue, which I don't want to repeat here. For now, I'll just be looking at a single part of Zapier's acquisition funnel - their e-mail outreach strategy.
